Laurel lives in downtown Cleveland with her boyfriend James and their two cats, Coltrane and Cuthbert.

Favorite thing about Cleveland: Cleveland offers easy access to just about anything. The downtown area itself  is quite walkable, and houses three sporting venues, three major concert venues, many great restaurants and bars, two museums, five theaters, local markets and more.  If you expand the radius a bit and venture outside of downtown, a bigger circle of culture opens up, and the options are limitless.

Quirks: Vegetarian that cheats, extremely clumsy.

Favorite thing about Cleveland: The city’s potential. Cleveland is teeming with cultural and educational opportunities, exciting sporting events, good eats, great markets and a wonderful lake offering plenty of adventure. Truly a diverse community, individuals from across the globe that now call CLE home have opened the door to many new experiences in the city. As new organizations form and awareness grows, Cleveland has the potential to be one of the most sustainable, successful and welcoming cities in the United States. How fortunate I am to be a part of that.
